Questions worth asking
- What happens when I reach 3 active posts?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You turn one off to turn another on, or you upgrade. Your configuration and your log stay exactly as they are.
- Is there really no limit on DMs?
- No. A monthly DM cap would go quiet exactly when a post takes off and the asks pour in, which is the worst moment to stop answering. Instagram enforces its own rate limits, which we respect, but we never add a quota of our own.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free plan needs an Instagram connection and nothing else.
- What access do you need on my account?
- Permission to read comments on your posts and to send a DM in reply, granted through Instagram’s own login screen. You can revoke it from Instagram at any time, and doing so stops everything immediately.
- Why does the pro plan cost this little?
- Because it does one job. There are no broadcast campaigns, no ad automation, no email capture, no chat flows to build. If you need those, another tool will serve you better, and honestly so.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, and you drop back to the free plan rather than losing access. Your 3 most recent posts keep answering and the others get turned off, but nothing is deleted: every word, link and template is still there when you come back.
