Instagram · comment to DM
Say the word.
They get the whole look, not one link.
A look is never one link. When a follower comments your word under a post, PigeonDM DMs them every piece at once, the jacket, the jeans, the boots, the lot, while you do nothing. Then it shows you every comment it answered, and the ones it could not.
Free for 3 active posts at a time, with no cap on how many people you answer. See pricing
Works with Instagram Business and Creator accounts only. A personal account cannot grant the permissions, and switching is free in the Instagram app.

Obsessed with this 😍 drop the LINK 🙌
Everything in this look, from head to toe 👇

- The bootsshop.co/boots
- The bagshop.co/bag
- The sunglassesshop.co/sunnies
Every link in one DM
The whole look goes out at once. Nobody has to ask twice, and no lead is left waiting on you.
Hands-off, always on
It answers while you sleep, renews its own access, and picks post imports back up on its own.
Every comment accounted for
A full log of what it answered, and the ones it could not, so no ask quietly disappears.
How it works
Three steps, and the only one you do is the first.
- 01
You pick the word
One word per post, written in your caption. FIT, REF, LINK, PRICE, whatever fits. Case, accents and punctuation are ignored.
- 02
Someone comments it
PigeonDM matches the word on that exact post, then looks up the links you attached to it. Nothing is sent if the post is not set up.
- 03
The DM goes out
The DM arrives with your links, and a public reply saying "Check your DM 🤌🏻" is posted under the comment, so others know what to do.
Built for posts with five things in them
A look is never one link. PigeonDM sends the whole outfit at once, and it shows you every comment it could not answer.
One config per post
The whole outfit, not one link
Put as many links on a post as it has pieces, one per line. They all go out in a single DM, so nobody has to ask twice. A counter measures the final message, because Instagram rejects anything over 1000 characters and a rejected DM is a lost lead.
Refs / links to send

DM message
214/1000Counts the final DM, links included. Instagram refuses anything longer.
The comment log
It shows you the ones that failed
Every comment is recorded with the decision taken. A post you never imported, a link you forgot to set, an error from Instagram: each one is a lead that went nowhere, and you can see it.

The trigger word
It never fires by accident
You choose the word, per post, and write it in your caption. It has to stand on its own to count: “outfit” will not trigger “FIT”. Case, accents and punctuation are ignored, so real comments still match.
In your caption
Autumn layers, head to toe 🍂 Comment FIT and I’ll DM you every piece.
A different word per post if you like: REF, LINK, PRICE.
Your word is FIT
- FITexact
- fit please 🙏case ignored
- Fît?accents ignored
- outfitwhole words only
- where from?no trigger word
The click count
You see which link they opened
Every link you DM goes out through a short pigeondm.com redirect, so a DM you send becomes a click you can count. On the Pro plan you see the opens broken down per post, so you know which ones actually earn them.
Link clicks
241 total- The autumn fit128
- Desk setup tour74
- Skincare shelf39
Every DM link is a short redirect that counts the opens.
- Never sends twice
- One send at most per person, per post, enforced by the database itself. Two comments landing at the same instant cannot produce two DMs.
- Replies in public too
- PigeonDM answers under the comment as well, so the next hundred people scrolling by can see it works. Both plans include it.
- Keeps itself running
- The token renews before it expires and the post import resumes where it stopped. A failed send stays visible in the log, and the Pro plan replays it overnight.
- Stops when you say so
- Revoke the permission from Instagram and everything stops at once. You can also delete the account, and its whole history, from the dashboard.
